We believe that everyone should be able to shop with peace of mind, and if you’re not satisfied with any of your items, you can return them within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund.
We accept returns on all unused and unopened merchandise (in their original packaging) subject to the exceptions described below. Please note that only items purchased through lucyintheskystore.com can be accepted; we cannot accept returns on any products purchased at other retailers.
We ask that you include your packing slip or provide us with proof of purchase when returning an item; otherwise, we may not honor your request for a return or a refund. We’re sorry but shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item is shipped from Lucy in the Sky. If you paid for expedited shipping (2 Day/Next Day Air), this fee is also nonrefundable; however, if an item is defective or damaged upon receipt and you choose to receive a replacement rather than a refund, there will be no additional charge for shipping the replacement item(s).

What items are returnable
At Lucy in the Sky, we want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most of our products. Returnable items include apparel, accessories and jewelry that are in new condition (unworn, undamaged and unmodified) with all tags attached.
Items that cannot be returned and are considered final sale include undergarments/lingerie, beauty/cosmetics, limited-edition collections, vintage items and special orders. Items marked Final Sale may not be exchanged or refunded unless they are likely to have damaged before or during delivery – please contact us through our website if this is the case.
Certain items bought online may be exchanged at Lucy in the Sky stores within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our store locations for more details and address requirements for returns by mail. Items shipped back without prior authorization will not be accepted for return or exchange.
When can I return an item

The following instructions will help ensure a swift returns process:
- Contact Lucy in the Sky customer service at info@lucyinthesky.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item(s) back to us.
- Package the item(s) securely using any outer box or mailer of your choice and include a copy of the original invoice (if received).
- Clearly affix the RMA number on the front of your package and send it to our returns address given on RMA form provided by customer service team.
- All returns must be shipped via traceable method within 14 days of receiving an RMA number or return credit may not be processed unless otherwise agreed upon by customer service team in writing prior to return shipment (except for faulty products).
- All return orders must include either an exchange order or return form received from our customer service team prior to returning merchandise – please make sure it is included when returning so that order can be processed correctly upon receipt at our warehouse facility.
- Refunds on returned items will only be initiated once items have been inspected by Lucy in the Sky staff, any products determined not to meet policy requirements shall also incur additional shipping charges as well as restocking fees as determined by our staff before refunds will be issued (so please make sure product meets policy requirements before sending!).

How long does it take to process a refund
At Lucy in the Sky, we strive to ensure that our customers are always satisfied with their purchases. - PayPal – All PayPal orders incur an additional 3% restocking fee when returned unless explicitly stated otherwise in a refund policy document or at sale checkout. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and you should usually receive your money within 7-10 business days from when it is requested.
- Gift Cards – Refunds for gift cards can only be issued in the form of store credit and must be used within 3 months from when they are issued unless otherwise noted in our Return Policy guidelines for that product type. Please take care when ordering as we cannot offer an exchange of a different style once your order has been dispatched.
