Well, you are a drop-dead gorgeous diva, or you are the king of the mountain. You will never be caught out in the open looking anything less than spectacular. You have lived by this mantra for a good portion of your life, ever since your high school days. Now, you are showing your children how it is, and what it feels like to step out of the house always looking dapper.
The problem is, as an adult, you have responsibilities. This means you have to sacrifice great amounts of your time to pout in some work to enable you afford the good house you are living in, and the fine threads that are clothing you. As things would have it, you haven’t had the time to get out and shop for some new threads to maintain the reputation you have built for yourself.
This is a problem.
Well, you probably work in an industry where getting some time to yourself is probably the hardest thing you can do, well, aside from the job itself. You work long hours, and with a lot of people and by the time you get to go home, you re so tired you can’t think of anything else other than your bed.
You haven’t cooked in your home for quite some time and you probably get take away meals a lot. It has come to the point your favorite restaurant probably already knows your timetable of when you are coming in, and what you are going to have on that particular day.
If you don’t even have time to make yourself a delicious home cooked meal, then at what point will you get the time to go shopping for some new threads?
In comes the holidays…
Ah, those beautiful days when you finally get to stay home, and give your muscles, and most importantly, your mind, the rest that they both so dearly need. Labor Day has always been one of your favorites, and so is Independence Day. Great holidays to have in the middle of the year when the action is coming in thick and fast.
As the year goes by, you are suddenly hit with the realization that Thanksgiving is upon you. Luckily enough for you, you have yourself an outfit that not everyone has seen yet. The Christmas holiday is not an excuse to throw all caution to the wind and lug yourself around the house with a wearable blanket around you. You still have an obligation to yourself to show the world that your style does not get thrown into the bin when winter hits.
On to Easter.
The new year has come, and it’s time to get back to your busy schedule. Once you arrive back at work it sucks you in like a black hole and you will need all the energy you can muster to get yourself out. Good thing is Easter is here to help you.
But the question is, will your style and substance be affected with Burlington closing for the holiday? Well, you might have t do your shopping in advance. Burlington does give their employees the weekend off whenever Easter come around, so they will be closed.
