How To Change Feedback On eBay As A Buyer
If you are a buyer on eBay and you want to change the feedback you left for a seller, here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Log In To Your Account And Go To “My eBay”
First, log in to your eBay account and click on “My eBay” at the top of the page.
Step 2: View And Select Your Feedback
Click on “Feedback” in the left-hand column. This will open a page that shows all of your feedback left for sellers. Select the feedback entry you would like to change by clicking on the “Change Feedback” link next to it. If the feedback link doesn’t appear, it means the 60 day window for leaving feedback has closed.
Step 3: Choose Your New Rating
On the “Leave Feedback” page, you can choose the new rating you would like to give the seller and add any relevant comments:
- Positive for good service
- Neutral for anything in between
- Negative if the service was not up to an acceptable standard.
Step 4: Click “Submit”
Once you have selected a new rating and added comments, click the “Submit” button and your feedback will be changed.
