If you would like to resubmit an eligible receipt, please wait for your offers to become available again. It may take 48 hours for the offers to show back up in Your retailer list. Once the offers are made available, you can resubmit with the correct information.

Do you need to re-submit a receipt on Ibotta? Whether you’re a new Ibotta user or a seasoned shopper, it’s easy to resubmit any missing or expired receipts. Here’s how:
1. Access the Menu in the App
Open the Ibotta app and tap the menu in the top right corner of the Home Screen.
2. Select “Recent Activity”
Scroll to the bottom and tap the “Recent Activity” link.
3. Tap on the Missing/Expired Receipts Button
Tap on the “Missing/Expired Receipts” button.
4. Select the Receipt To Resubmit
Select the receipt to resubmit.
5. Enter Additional Information
Provide any additional information, if required, such as store name, date of purchase and/or product information.
6. Submit the Receipt
When you are finished entering all the required information, tap “Submit” and wait for approval.
Tips To Ensure Your Receipt Is Approved
- Ensure all information submitted is accurate. We want to be able to track down your items, so accuracy is key.
- Attach all required images. A good quality, readable image of each receipt is required.
- Re-submit quickly. Be sure to re-submit receipts as soon as possible.
- Keep your products grouped together. When submitting receipts for a single store, please be sure to keep all products for that store together.
