4th Of July Celebration At The Garden Of Liberty
Joanns is a popular traveling circus that has been performing their unique brand of music for over thirty years. With their large repertoire of original and innovative songs, Joanns is able to entertain both the young and the old. Joanns is also known as “the Little Match Girl” due to the fact that she sings in a very sweet, yet slightly embarrassed voice. Her unique style of singing has earned Joanns the crown of “Queen of Rock and Roll.” Her extensive musical career has spanned six musical eras and made her one of the most popular female performers of all time.
In this performance, Joanns will perform songs from their latest album, Just For Now. Just For Now is their twelfth studio album and features songs from throughout their past albums including favorites such as She’s Always Open and Blueprints. This album is produced by their own label, Ear Maker Music Factory. It is available for purchase online. Joanns will close out their show with A Kinda Party, their first number from Just For Now.
Headlining acts for Joanns include The Temptations, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, ZZaxx Duo, and the Dap-A-Roo Revue. Doors open at noon and the show to begin at two o’clock. As expected, the kids are very excited to be heading to the famous Liberty Bell for the fireworks display. It is their first chance to get into the historic grounds and see all the activities going on during the holiday. Children should be prepared to wait in the car while adults are walking around to sign their guest books and take photos. This is a fun way to end a day at the fair.
As the day wears on, you can take some time to stop by and visit with some of the many vendors set up in front of the stage. You can purchase beautiful souvenirs and gifts, including handcrafted soap and coffee mugs that have a patriotic theme. Hot dogs, hamburgers, hot dogs, chili dogs, and coleslaw are available for take out or to eat at the fair. If you are a veteran collector of memorabilia, the kids are sure to have a field day picking out their favorites.
The highlight of the evening is the nightly Fireworks Show. You can find some awesome choices, from twirling silver stars and banners to twirling confetti and shooting stars. Some shows start with the American Flag and go on to show the American stars and stripes. The music during the show is patriotic too, as the sounds of the drums and bugles add to the mix.
Keep in mind that children get restless at times so you may want to put on some soft music. You can also have the kids perform songs to participate in the fun. Joanns has a great website that provides more information on all the details of the concert and what to bring. For the children’s part, you can send them to a children’s talent show that takes place before the main Celebration. This will provide them with a fun way to experience music and make memories at the same time.
